On rare occasions, we directly represent clients who were wrongfully convicted based on faulty or misleading forensic science. We are currently at capacity in our direct representation efforts but we can consult with your legal team if they are looking for more resources.

We work with attorneys who have cases with complex forensic science issues. If you have an attorney, please have them reach out to us as we may be able to offer resources.

CIFS is a non-profit organization that runs entirely on donations from individuals and foundations. We do not charge for consultations unless significant time is required. In cases like this, any fee will be discussed thoroughly before proceeding. Donations are always welcome; they keep our organization running. If you have the capacity to give to CIFS, that gift can help fund resources for others who are less fortunate.
